I’ve see a few of these painted bikes recently in my ‘hood. Neon Yellow in my case. But the story of the first painted bike outside the OCAD student gallery and a movement to turn abandoned bikes into street art has become a symbol of resistance to the conservative agenda that currently governs the city.
